Golden Designs, Inc. (Dynamic Brand) warrants your sauna’s wood structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 to 5 years from the original purchase date.

⚠️ Important: This sauna is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor installation will void the warranty. Damage caused by exposure to weather (rain, snow, sunlight, wind, or extreme temperatures) is not covered. Any modifications to the sauna or its components will also void this warranty.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery (Curbside Freight)

We offer curbside delivery via freight carriers to the 48 contiguous United States.

Once your order ships, the carrier will contact you 24–48 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday within a 4-hour time window.

⚠️ Important: The carrier must speak with you to schedule delivery—your order will not be delivered without confirmation.
