🛡️ 5-Year Limited Warranty
Golden Designs, Inc. (Dynamic Brand) warrants your sauna’s wood structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 to 5 years from the original purchase date.
⚠️ Important: This sauna is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor installation will void the warranty. Damage caused by exposure to weather (rain, snow, sunlight, wind, or extreme temperatures) is not covered. Any modifications to the sauna or its components will also void this warranty.
📋 Warranty Coverage
Applies to products sold within the continental United States and Canada
Valid for the original purchaser only
Must remain at the original installation location
Non-transferable (void if ownership changes or unit is relocated)
Proof of purchase is required (sales receipt with purchase date)
🔧 Manufacturer Coverage
All Golden Designs products are built with high-quality components and are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of delivery.
Covers parts only (does not include labor)
Defective parts must be returned for warranty service
Customer is responsible for:
Shipping costs
Taxes, duties, and fees
Insurance on returned items
Golden Designs reserves the right to:Replace parts with equivalent components
Change manufacturers if necessary

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Use of paints or lacquer
Placement on non-approved surfaces
Worn-out electrical receptacles

Small cracks or changes in the wood are normal due to natural expansion and contraction in sauna environments. These are not considered defects.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery (Curbside Freight)
We offer curbside delivery via freight carriers to the 48 contiguous United States.
Once your order ships, the carrier will contact you 24–48 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday within a 4-hour time window.
⚠️ Important: The carrier must speak with you to schedule delivery—your order will not be delivered without confirmation.
📦 Delivery Details
Your sauna will ship in one or more boxes, depending on the model
All items are securely strapped to a pallet
Delivered via a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver
Delivery is made to your curbside or driveway only (no indoor placement)
Please note: Delivery conditions such as weather, transit delays, or carrier availability may impact timing. These factors are outside our control.

Stairs or limited entry points
This helps avoid delivery issues.
🔍 Upon Delivery
Once your sauna arrives:
Inspect all boxes immediately for any visible damage
Note any scratches, dents, or marks on the delivery receipt
You do not need to open the boxes at this time
The carrier may place the shipment in a carport or first-floor entry area, if accessible.
📏 Important Tip
Before delivery, please ensure the box dimensions will fit through your doorway or entry space.

Assembly is quick and simple, typically taking 30–45 minutes depending on the model.
